Where are you from?

I was born in Kumasi, Ghanaian moved to the states when I was 7 and than to Scarbs when I was 13 years old. I now live in Parkdale, downtown Toronto and combine my Ghanaian identity with a downtown lifestyle, which leaves me with a unique experience.

What do you do?

I work as the Marketing Manager at York University Student Centre which is new but I've been blessed with a dope position that allows me to create and bring a new perspective to a university. On the side, I've been working in fashion for 8+ years and I've been able to work some dope ass shows in production from working with Oscar de la Renta, and The Collections to now building a creative firm with such a great team that redefines African designers into a modern aesthetic and helps them integrate into the Western market.

What is your dream creative project?

To rebuild the fashion industry in Ghana. To provide young creatives with the platform to share their ideas and work which will produce a revenue for them. Ghana is buzzing with so many creatives and its unfortunate that when it comes to fashion we haven't been able to build a platform like Nigeria or South Africa. My team and I are working on a project that we hope will create this platform and change the game.
